Zarqa (ザルカ Zaruka), along with Qasim, make up Kenoh's Royal Guard, a faction of Kenoh's Army meant to guard Kenoh. They threaten the inmates of Cassandra to stay at bay after Kenshiro defeats the warden Uyghur, and tries to stop Raiga and Fuga from opening they way for him to get to Toki's cell.

Shucho Shokeito-Jutsu[edit]
Shucho Shokeito-Jutsu (首長処刑刀術, lit. "Sikh Art of Scimitar Execution") is Zarqa's sword technique, which utilizes a large scimitar being rapidly spun intended to slice apart opponents if they get to close to him.
