Uyghur (ウイグル Uiguru), also known as Uyghur the Warden (ウイグル獄長 Uiguru Gokuchō), is the warden of the notorious prison Cassandra under Kenoh's name, where Toki is being held. His ancestors conquered anceint Mongolia and he fights using a long whip and the Taizan-ryu Sojoben style.
Appearance[edit]
Uyghur is a gigantic man of a heavily muscular build. He has a full beard and mustache and is shown to be bald underneath his helmet. His gold helmet has two horns on both sides with a mohawk in its center and a gemstone at his forehead. The horns of the helmet can be removed and are actually cats of nine tails. He has multiple scars on his arms and legs and a vambrace with similar gemstones as the one on his helmet.
He is shirtless but wears a long cape with gold decorations around his neck. He wears a giant belt and a groin guard with long, gold tassets and has gigantic metallic boots.
After being beaten by Kenshiro his physical features are horribly deformed.
Personality[edit]
Uyghur is a cruel and sadistic man who enjoys seeing people who are unprepared for death die. However, he takes no joy in seeing people who volunteer to be killed die, as seen when Raiga and Fuga offer up their lives. He takes pride in Cassandra's impregnable legacy and mocks Kenshiro for wanting to be the one to end it.
