—Tian Xue-Fang, Chapter 33: The Provocation
Tian Xue-Fang (田學芳 Den Gakuhō) is the "Number Three" boss of the Hong Hua Hui along with Huang Xi-Fei. Nicknamed "Kappa Tian" because of the bald spot on his head, he gets a heavy iron toupee bolted to it. After the death of Wu Dong-Lai, he claims that he'll give the Qing Bang war for recusing Pan Guang-Lin.
Appearance[edit]
Tian is a man of average height and build. He possesses a rather round head with four vertical scars of unknown origin on his chin. The top of his head is bald like a kappa, earning him his nickname "Kappa Tian". He eventually gets a heavy iron toupee (gold in the anime) bolted to his head to cover his bald spot.
He wears a suit and tie with dress pants and shoes. When going to a bathhouse, he wears no clothing and is shown to have a prosthetic right hand of some kind.
Personality[edit]
Tian is a man obsessed with his appearance, to the point that he gets a fancy metal toupee bolted to his head to stop people from calling him a kappa because of his bald spot. He is shown to be cool and rational at times but also freaks out when Kenshiro Kasumi disguises himself as a masseur and dislocated both of his arms at a bathhouse.
