Rihaku (リハク, Rihaku), also known as Rihaku of the Ocean (海のリハク, Umi no Rihaku), is the strategist of the Nanto Goshasei and a brilliant commander. He, along with his daughter Tou, tend to the Last Nanto General. He eventually becomes the elder and strategist of the Hokuto Army.
