Ramon Kasumi (霞 羅門 Kasumi Ramon), better known as Ryuken (リュウケン Ryūken), is the 63rd successor of Hokuto Shinken, the brother of Kenshiro Kasumi, and the adoptive father of Raoh, Toki, Jagi, and Kenshiro. He trained his four sons in the art of Hokuto Shinken and ultimately choose Kenshiro to be the next sucessor to the dismay of Jagi and Raoh.
