Ending Animation[edit]
The ending begins with Kenshiro, cloaked, as he is walking away after his fight with Raoh. He looks up to see a valley with a lush forest and a huge lake. It pans across the various trees, contrasting them with the barren nuclear wasteland with Ken visible in the background. Ken looks in shock and stares at the unbelievable sight. The glistening water is shown, surrounded by all of the taller trees. Kenshiro begins running toward the bank of the lake, and it pans across it with him continuing to stare at it.
Eventually, Ken sees a vision of Yuria on the other side of the lake. In awe, Ken appears to ponder what he saw. Part of the forest with a grape tree is shown. Suddenly, another vision of Yuria appears, picking the grapes from the tree, and then disappears all while Ken continues to just stare. Yuria appears again, running through the forest while carrying the basket of grapes she picked. It cuts to a much more zoomed-in shot of Yuria's face.
Kenshiro begins to slowly walk toward where he saw the vision of Yuria, and it cuts closer to his face too. Eventually, he reaches the place where he saw the vision of Yuria and she appears too. Kenshiro holds out his arms to brace for a hug, and so does Yuria, but she disappears before they touch. Ken, now slightly smiling, continues staring. He begins walking again and a final shot of the huge forest and lake is shown before fading up to the sky.
