Nanto Seiken (南斗聖拳, lit. "Sacred Fist of the South Star") is an ancient Chinese martial art that serves as the antonym of Hokuto Shinken. It destroys from the outside, contrasting with the Hokuto which destroys from within, and is divided into 108 branches used by the members of the Nanto Rokuseiken, Nanto Goshasei, and many others.

Nanto Rokuseiken[edit]

Nanto Koshuken (南斗孤鷲拳, lit. "South Star Lone Eagle Fist") is Shin's Nanto Seiken style which utilizes rapid, violent hand strikes that stab the opponent to death. It is the style he used to put the scars on Kenshiro's chest

Nanto Suichoken (南斗水鳥拳, lit. "South Star Waterfowl Fist") is Rei's Nanto Seiken style. It is described as graceful, but unparalleled in its cruelty as a martial art. It uses devasating slicing techniques to inflict a swift but painful death on enemies.

Nanto Kokakuken (南斗紅鶴拳, lit. "South Star Flamingo Fist") is Yuda's style of Nanto Seiken, which uses long-range shock wave attacks that don't even require direct contact with opponents to slice them up.

Nanto Hakuroken (南斗白鷺拳, lit. "South Star White Heron Fist") is Shu's Nanto Seiken style. With his blindness, Shu is able to detect his enemies with his soul and uses versatile kick attacks, and sometimes punches, to slice them apart.

Nanto Hoohken (南斗鳳凰拳, lit. "South Star Phoenix Fist") is Ohgai and Souther's style within Nanto Seiken. It focuses on incredible speed and powerful attacks instead of any defensive stances. Ohgai mentions that like Hokuto Shinken it can only have one successor.

Nanto Saigo no Shi (南斗六聖拳最後の将, lit. "Last Nanto General") is a branch of Nanto Seiken reserved for the Last Nanto General. Used by Yuria, it was supposed to bring peace with the Nanto and Hokuto during troubled times.

Nanto Muonken (南斗無音拳, lit. "Silent Fist of the South Star") is the Golan Colonel's branch of Nanto Seiken. An assassination style, it allows him to move incredibly quickly and silently to sneak up on opponents and slice them apart with his metal claws.

Nanto Sozanken (南斗双斬拳, lit. "South Star Dual Slashing Daggers") is Beji and Giji's style of Nanto Seiken. It involves them throwing and catching daggers to corner and entrap their opponents.

Nanto Soyoken (南斗無音拳, lit. "Silent Fist of the South Star") is Buzz and Gill Harn's Nanto Seiken branch. The two interlock arms and swing each other around to slice opponents both vertically and horizontally.
