Li Yong-Jian (李 永健 Ri Eiken) is an assassin affiliated with the Qing Bang who comes to Japan to ask for Kenshiro Kasumi's help because the Hong Hua Hui are killing Qing Bang members. After seeing the new life Kasumi is livings, he can't bring himself to ask for his help but gets kidnapped by Jin Ke-Rong to lure him out.
