Jakoh (ジャコウ Jakō) is the viceroy of the Imperial Army who had kidnapped the Celestial Emperor and was giving out false commands under their order. Due to an encounter with Raoh in the past he had developed a severe phobia of the dark, as the stars of Hokuto only shine at night.

Jakoh is seldom seen fighting as he usually makes his underlings do all the dirty work or uses schemes to work his way out of situations or to trap others.

Crop: Jakoh is shown to carry a crop, which he uses to whip his underlings when they do something he doesn't like. He isn't shown to use it in major fights, however.
