The Imperial Capital (帝都 Teito) is a large, futuristic city created with force by the Imperial Army to be their stronghold. Beneath it is a large turbine being worked on by enslaved men to create electricity and light to satisfy Jakoh and where the Celestial Emperor is being imprisoned and impersonated by him.
