The Imperial Army (天帝軍 Tentei-gun) is a corrupt group supposed to be led by the Celestial Empress, but was instead taken over by Jakoh who posed as the viceroy. They reside in the Imperial Capital where they monitor the surrounding areas and enslave men to work a turbine that creates electricity for light.
