Huang Xi-Fei (黄 西飛 Kō Sei-hi) is the "Number Three" boss of the Hong Hua Hui along with Tian Xue-Fang. Due to injuries caused by Kenshiro Kasumi the left half of his face and body are replaced with metal, and he shouts "Ouch" every time he moves. He donates money to a corrupt priest who will "forgive" his sins if he pays the right price.
Appearance[edit]
Huang Xi-Fei is a man of below-average height and somewhat overweight build. He has fairly long hair connected to sideburns that go down to a beard with a very long goatee. He has to wear a metal contraption over the left side of his head, left shoulder, and parts of the left side of his body.
He wears a suit and alternates between wearing a bow tie and a tie with it.
Personality[edit]
Huang is a greedy and fairly ignorant and arrogant man, but he has no problem donating all his money to a priest that will "forgive" his sins and buy his way into heaven. He secretly despises Jean Carné because of how expensive it is to set up fights for Goran. When he finds out that Kenshiro Kasumi has returned he begins to freak out, and when confronted by him he tries to act tough but eventually begins to beg for his life.
