Fitness Boxing Fist of the North Star (フィットボクシング 北斗の拳 Fitto Bokushingu Hokuto no Ken) is an action boxing video game based on the Fist of the North Star series by Imagineer with gameplay and mechanics from their Fitness Boxing series.
Gameplay[edit]
Fitness Boxing Fist of the North Star's gameplay involves using the Nintendo Switch's Joy-Con motion controllers to perform punches and dodging maneuvers in the form of exercise. It is possible to earn achievements for continuous play, which give points that can purchase new music, outfits, and new instructors.
Modes[edit]
- Daily Workout: A mode where players select an instructor and follow a workout, recommended to do once daily
- Battle Mode: Players fight their way through battles or boss battles against certain characters
- Free Training: A mode where players can freely select what exercises to do
- Practice Mode: Players can view and review the various exercises

Instructors[edit]
Instructors will instruct players during exercises, all except Kenshiro need to be unlocked.
Bosses[edit]
Bosses are tough opponents players face in Battle Mode. Rei, Souther, and Raoh can be unlocked as instructors after beating them.
Other Characters[edit]
- Ryuken will appear on loading screens and give tips to players
- Rin narrates the tutorials in Practice Mode and gives encouraging words to the player during battles in Battle Mode
- Toki instructs the player in the Battle Mode
- Bat gives encouraging words to the player during battles in Battle Mode with Rin
