The Colonel (カーネル, Kāneru) is the founder of the Golan and a former red beret commando. After seeing how corrupt the officials he served were, and they started the Nuclear War, he believed he was chosen by God to make a superior nation.

Appearance

The Colonel is a man of average height with a muscular build. He wears a red beret and an eyepatch over his right eye. He has two scars of unknown origin on both sides of his head going from his eyes down to his chin.

He wears a military uniform with breast pockets and a camo undershirt with shoulder pads. He has stylized claws he wears on his fingers and a belt around his waist. He wears long boots with metallic knee guards.
