Lui (ルイ Rui) is the Celestial Empress (天帝 Tentei) who is captured and impersonated by Jakoh and Rin's long-lost sister. Jakoh had ordered Falco to kill Rin in the past, but instead entrusted her to her aunt and uncle, separating them. She is eventually liberated by the Hokuto Army, reuniting the sisters.
Appearance[edit]
Lui is a woman of average height and slim build. She has an identical appearance to her twin sister Rin, but with slightly shorter hair.
She wears a dress-like skirt with a very long cape and a bejeweled necklace with a tiara-like headband across her forehead. Under her skirt are leggings with thigh-high boots.
Personality[edit]
She has a very soft personality, being very caring and kindhearted demeanor showing great compassion to those who care for her like Falco. She cries upon being reunited with Rin and grows concerned about when she will return from the Land of Shura when she is taken there.
